Description
Several people stand on rocky cliffs, casting fishing lines into the sea under a bright sky. The waves gently hit the rocks as the fishermen patiently await their catch.
From the artist: "Fishermen" was inspired by many trips abroad, particularly to the Canary Islands and Greek Islands, were I so often see men fishing on rugged rocks right off the coastline. Sketched with ink and watercolour in January, 2025.
