Artist's Description
A rustic building stands in the foreground with greenery surrounding it, while smaller houses and rolling hills fill the background. The use of watercolor creates a serene and natural atmosphere.
The white-washed houses in Greece and its islands always guarantee that feeling of Mediterranean olde-worlde charm for me, combined with an echo of Greek mythology. (Painted in 2023 using soluble ink and watercolour on watercolour paper.)

Dianna is an artist, fiction author, and an all-round creative having worked in many fields of the literary and visual arts. She's currently studying for a Master of Arts in Illustration. Living in England, she uses a sketchy approach to her art to create bold, vibrant, and youthful images with ink, graphite, and watercolours (and sometimes mixed media), translating what she sees in her environment into amusing, thoughtful, or peaceful expressions.
